I have worked with many athletes on improving their focus through visualization. I have even worked with Olympic athletes. So, when this silly little video was sent through email, it tickled me. I just have to share it.
Kudos to the creator, Edward Krystosek.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Ohhhh – ouch, ouch and more ouch!
I felt so sorry for them all. (Except maybe the cyclist that went in water)
That video shows what a really bad day is like for athletes.
I could not help but laugh out loud at this!! How do I share this video in an email? My dad would love this!!
I will send this to you Fragielheart.
Hmmm, Yeah this is the place, But Uhm, I don’t know something seems different. I can’t quite put my finger on it.
Nah, It must be me. She wouldn’t up and change the video.

You should be ashamed of yourself! I know for a fact that this is the HIGHLIGHT reel of the Canadian’s team Beijing experience to date. To make fun of us like that — well, let’s just say that tighter bacon restrictions are forthcoming shortly …
beamer,
what are you missing? I will try to direct you!
YOWCH! Some of those looked really painful. These could easily be contestants on “Wipeout.” Not sure about the Olympics though.
While this was LOL stuff, I think we are not appreciative enough of the difficulty of near perfection performances the Olympic Atheletes exhibit. It seems natural to critique flaws in a routine or match. Yes my family and I have done that…but the boo-boos are what make me realize just how tough this stuff is. I am in awe.
Oh my gosh….are these for real? Wow, how dangerous sports can be. Hope everyone was alright…
