So, I am in Daytona Beach and working in a business center where I cannot hear what I am playing. Let that be my first warning, as what I think I am posting might not actually be what I am posting. (I am just so excited to be online for a moment!)
Anyway, I thought about an earlier conversation I had and decided for my Friday Silliness, I would ask you, if you were to be an animal, particularly a television or movie animal, who would you be? My youngest, no doubt in my mind: Cheeta, from the Tarzan movies. My oldest, debatable, but possibly Sassy from a movie that escapes my mind now, however, he loved it as a child. My husband, best I not post that!
Me?
Watch this:
Debbie,
“Knock em out” at the convention with your workshops….I am sure they will be entranced with you!
My main love is to be a bird in flight…don’t know of any movie birds like this but did always love Tweetie…but he mostly just hopped in and around the house…I NEED Freedom of Flight! So, I would also have to be Flipper…as I do love dolphins so much too :>)). Another choice that comes to mind is Lassie…quite a compassionate and empathetic 4-legged creature who loves to help people…and gets lots of loving hugs! Sound familar?
I have found thru the years that the way we see ourselves and the way others see us often differ.
I have often been called a motherhen and recently mamabear. Both which do describe me to one extent. But we are all unique and have many facets to our personalities so we can relate to different animals at different times.
I remember that show, now I will have the song stuck in my head for the rest of the night : )
There I was, waiting for an episode of Flipper to being, I’ll have to go on Youtube and try to find one now to satiate my Need!!
That wasn’t the original version of the theme tune, was it? “Flipper is such a Lover”? Isn’t that a bit purvey?
When we did interviews to do Architecture in college – people were always asked what animal they would be and 90% would say ‘a bird’ presumably to fly over all that world architecture and appreciated.
I can’t remember what I said but, today, I’d like to be a Dolpin so that Flipper could come and Lurve me. 🙂
We loved watching Flipper when we were kids. Thanks for the memory.
